"Tom was so helpful in finding me the car I wanted with the features that I wanted. I had been researching the Kia Sportage for months, and knew exactly what color and features I wanted. I didn't think I was going to be able to get it, and was about to think about settling on a different color when he texted me that he had the color I wanted for the price I wanted to pay with the options I asked for. He was constantly in contact with me letting me know where we were in the process of financing, and when the car was going to arrive, as he had to get it from elsewhere. The day of delivery was very simple as well. I sat with finance for a little bit, then was able to pick the color for my leather seats he was going to have put in. After that we signed all the papers, and I was on my way. It took less than an hour and a half total.
